ODA, Office of Design and Architecture

Through a range of scales and typologies, ODA seeks to reconcile the conditions of vertical urban living with quality of life. This book presents how the firm’s work sets out to shape diverse experiences with an envelope-expanding approach to architecture that plays out on a micro to macro level.

Based in New York, ODA (Office of Design and Architecture) was founded by Eran Chen, AIA. The firm is dedicated to creating more a equitable future through quality design. Seeking to reorder architectural priorities by putting people first, ODA challenges conventional perspectives of dwelling that will, over time, influence life in our cities. With an emphasis on generosity rather than waste, and the creation of connections to nature and one another, the firm’s true focus is the sustainability of our communities.

This monograph explores select projects from ODA’s portfolio, randing from apartments to urban design schemes and skyscrapers. The book features a foreword by renowned architecture critic Paul Goldberger.
